Assistant Privacy Policy

Review draft — subject to owner and legal approval before public launch.

Guest conversations are temporary for your current visit unless you choose to save them. Account conversations and selected photos are stored privately in Lovable Cloud and accessible to your account. We do not publish your conversations or photos.

When you use the assistant, your descriptions and selected photos are sent through Lovable AI to a model for analysis. Avoid sharing faces, documents, addresses or other unnecessary personal information. Uploaded copies are resized proportionally and re-encoded to remove unnecessary photo metadata.

Your project details are shared with Phenix Builders only when you review the estimate request and explicitly authorize sending it. Photos are not included with estimate emails in this version.

You may delete individual projects or your account and its associated saved conversations and photos. Previously sent estimate emails, legal recordkeeping obligations and service-provider backups may have separate retention rules. A final business retention policy has not yet been approved.

For privacy requests or questions, contact ed@phenixbuilders.com. This draft describes the assistant; it does not promise deletion from third-party backups or establish a complete website-wide legal policy.
